With satellite internet I must schedule large downloads for early morning. I enter the URL and set the date and time for the download and specify the download folder but the next day the 'Progress' status is always 'not started.' Any thoughts on how to troubleshoot the problem? Here is the latest URL which did not work, for example:

Download immediately, and show progress works.
Download in background, at date does not work
Is this a bug or known issue? Any suggestions on how to resolve the issue.
