No

When Usermin's UI "Show version, hostname and OS" option is
turned off, the TITLE text of Usermin pages is affected, but the
information is still displayed in the body of the pages.

Webmin 1.000, Usermin 0.950 running on Redhat 7.1, Apache
1.3.27, Perl 5.6.0

That field is rather misleading - it should really say
'Display version, hostname and OS on main menu'.
You really need to change the 'Display login and hostname'
field as well to totally hide the information.

For me, the problem still occurs even after changing the 'Display login
and hostname' when the Usermin theme is the Default Usermin theme.
The MSC.Linux theme does not have the problem.

I see the cause of this - it is definately a bug, and effects
webmin as well. It will be fixed in the next release ..
