#640 Error on reseved words as table / field

If you use a 'reseved' word (like index) as a field or table
name, you cannot view the table.

I havn't gone into the scripts,
but this error occures if the (table, field) name is not
enclosed by '`' (back apostroph) (see MySQL docu).

The same problem occurs if you have special characters
(like '-') within the name.

    I've been planning to do this for a while, but was
    relucatant due to the
    lack of support for quoted field names in older mysql
    releases. But these
    days, everyone should be running a recent version of mysql,
    so I'll put
    this into 1.01 webmin release.
