Did it fail in previous versions of Webmin with Authentic Theme?

What is netttools, as it's not a standard Webmin module.

Actually, I have found it. It's 21 years old. But it's a good module (good idea).

However, it worked just fine for me in Authentic (on Ubuntu 22.04). Try force restarting Webmin. Perhaps, that is the problem on your side.
