#5518 crash on config module mysql in french

I am using : webmin 1.981 / debian 11 , debian 10 , debian 9 / browser firefox / mariadb 10.1.48 , mariadb 10.6.4

I get a configuration module mysql crash when I configure the language in french (when i use webmin UI language : Personal choice : Français), it works well in english.

The bug appears in the section "Options configurables pour Serveur de Bases de Données MariaDB" with the following message :
mysql::show_jeu de caractères failed : Unrecognized character \xC3; marked by <-- HERE after de caract<-- HERE near column 35 at (eval 130) line 2.

In english, this section is called : "System configuration" , there may be confusion with the "configurable options" section

Ok, I see the cause - this will be fixed in the next release of Webmin.
