#5506 TCP Wrappers / IpV6

Hi,
TCP Wrappers module does not correctly handle ipv6.
in the hosts.deny file rule:
ALL : [2600:1700::]/28
is splitted in webmin module into ip and shell rules.

hosts.deny works when beeing edited with text editor,
webmin module for tcp wrappers is unusable for ipv6.
