#5487 rndc bind key algorithm mismatch

Using Webmin 1.974, and BIND 9.16 on Ubuntu Linux 20.04.2 using the Setup RNDC button results in mismatched rndc and bind key algorithms. The actual keys are the same. Updates and transfer tests failed until I change the rndc.conf file from hmac-sha256 to hmac-md5 which is what the bind.conf file algorithm is.
