How to get webmin to show notifications for UPDATES only, not UPGRADES

Webmin (1.962) using the authentic theme (19.62) shows 3 package updates on the main "System Information" screen (see attached pic). However, those are 3 UPGRADES to a newer version of Ubuntu and I have my system set to "lts" in the "release-upgrades" file.

Is there a way to show only UPDATES and NOT UPGRADES here? I will stay on the Ubuntu-LTS 20.04.1 versions and would prefer not to have to ignore the upgrades for the next 2 years!

Do you mean the "3 package updates" shown in the screenshot?

Yes, those 3, when I looked, were UPGRADES (to Ubuntu 20.1, I think), not updates. However, since then, I did get some update notifications and I did all updates, and now the 3 upgrades are NOT shown an I am still on 20.04LTS. So I am not sure what is happening. All seems normal for now. I just thought it was strange that my system, which is set to LTS, would get an upgrade notification.

Webmin just shows updates reported by the apt-show-versions or apt list commands. You might try running those to see if they report any packages need updating..
