#5384 yum repository is horribly unstable

I'm using webmin on several systems, installed from rpm, and on all of them I have the yum repository enabled for ease of updates.
A lot of times when I'm installing updates it fails because the repository is unreachable, or returns unsigned files, or times out, or resets the connection halfway through, which completely breaks the update process i'm oing (zypper on suse refuses to work if not all configured repos are ok).

Is there a mirror?

I've reached the point where I'll have to stop using webmin on all my systems, and uninstall it alongside with usermin...

Sorry about slow repos. We have discussed it with the team. We are working on fixing it as soon as possible!

We have just released a new Webmin 1.953 and Usermin 1.802 - it fixes all known issues, works way faster and more stable, and has 41 full language translations.

Please give it another try, you might change your mind!
