#5345 fail2ban jail input time fields accept only integers

When editing jails for jail2ban within webmin, at least both fields 'Max delay between matches' and 'Time to ban IP for' appear to look for integers only, but fail2ban also accepts time untits like 1h or 1d.
The workaround is to edit the .local conf file manually.
