#5326 SMB Web UI - Misc opts - "allow raw" do not switch on/off

Where: In Web User Interface - Samba Windows File Sharing - Miscellaneous Options - "Allow raw reads?" & "Allow raw writes?"

Expected behaviour: the Yes/No flip switch should stay on the last state it was swiched to. Also, the switch should report the actual value as written in the smb.conf file.

Observed behaviour: whatever the "read raw =" and "write raw =" options migth be in the smb.conf file (or even not being present at all in the smb.conf file), the Yes/No flip switch stays on No. When cliked on Yes, then saved, it updates the "read raw =" or "write raw =" option to Yes in the smb.conf file, but keeps switched on No in the Web UI.
