#5212 Dashboard shows local time instead of server system time

When looking at the System Information dashboard, the "Time on System" is actually that of the local computer, not the date/time on the server for which I am logged in (it's in a different time zone).

Local system is Win10 x64
Remote server is Ubuntu 16.04.4

Theme uses the timestamp from the sever.

Yes . I only have the one server plus my Win10 laptop. All the system specs match the server except the time stamp.

Also, if I go to Hardware and System Time, its correct. So it seems its just a display glitch on the overview dashboard.

Okay, you're right. Theme for the Dashboard should show the time as is, it's even labeled Time on system.

Fixed on the latest commit.
