#5210 Emails for System status not being sent for process changes

I have many monitors that I use in webmin (see if a process such as apache goes down, etc)

I have it setup to send emails upon change - however (and I have tested this) an email is never dispatched when I turn a service on/off manually.

How quickly did you turn if off and on again? Webmin only checks every 5 minutes by default.
