#5205 Unable to change root or any other user account and password

Hi, I am getting the same problem. here is the out put

lsattr /etc/passwd
-------------e- /etc/passwd
id -a
uid=0(root) gid=0(root) groups=0(root)

But i use this following command. Nothing Happen.

chattr -i /etc/passwd
