No

The commond executed when pressing the shutdown button
is: reboot -h
On HP-UX the command reboot does not execute /sbin/rc.
Reboot sends a kill -9 to all processes and halts the
system. You only should use the reboot command if you
are in single-user mode or if you need to bring down
your system very quickly.
Its much better to use the shutdown (-h for halt or -r
for reboot) command!
Is this a bug or a feature ?? :-)

Thanks for the info - this will be fix in the next Webmin
release. Or for now, you can click on Module Config on
the main page of the Bootup and Shutdown module to change
    the commands.
