#5194 Long DNS SPF record fails

In the DNS module when setting up a long SPF record. The max text string max of 255 is not honored. This creates a zone that won't load. The record should be made up of mutiple text strings, each less than 255 characters. If such a record is manually created, it can not later be edited by webmin.
