#5087 Invalid Last Login Date in Users and Groups

Server: CentOS Linux 6.9
Webmin: 1.870
Macbook Pro: OSX 10.12.6
Firefox Quantum: 57.0.3

After adding the column 'Last Login' to the 'Users and Groups' I noticed date anomalies. Future logins for users (e.g. 26/Sep/2018 18:34).

The basic 'last' command output does NOT display a year -
fred1 pts/0 11.48.28.226 Fri Feb 23 09:48 still logged in
bill2 pts/1 11.48.28.226 Fri Feb 23 09:37 - 09:40 (00:02)

so Webmin validation does not recognise which records run into a previous year.

Running 'last -F' does yield a year -
charlie pts/2 11.48.67.226 Fri Feb 23 10:05:17 2018 still logged in
