#5066 Webmin 1.870: Form buttons do not always submit forms
Environment
Running webmin-1.870 on CentOS 7.
Reproducible on:
Firefox 57.0.1 64-bit
Safari Version 11.0.2 (12604.4.7.1.4)
Chrome 62.0.3202.94 64-bit
Opera 49.0.2725.39
NOT reproducible on (ie, works correctly / as expected on):
Microsoft Edge on Windows 10
Error Description
On certain pages, as of Webmin 1.870, some buttons consistently do not work / cannot be pressed.
The button appears on the form but pressing it does not have any effect. No network requests are made, no events are caught by the debugger, no errors are raised to the browser console.
Examples of buttons that do not work:
Logged in as root / admin user from another machine:
On a server that is not already part of a cluster: "Cluster" > "Cluster Webmin Servers" > "Add Server" button
On a server that is already part of a cluster: "Cluster" > "Cluster Webmin Servers" > (under "Modules and Themes", select a module) > "Edit module" button

This is part of old server-side code with broken HTML that needs to be fixed.
