#5022 Quota and the german umlauts

Hello,
I have noticed that the plugin quota doesn't display the German umlauts correctly:

• instead of "Schaltfläche", " Schaltfl�che" appear.
• instead of "unterstützt", "unterst�tzt" appear.

On other pages I did not notice this error!
