#4949 IPv6 redirect missing square brackets

Hi all, great stuff!

Debian 8, Webmin 1.831

Just enabled IPv6, navigated to http://[fe80::1234]:10000 and got a page back like this:

This web server is running in SSL mode. Try the URL https://fe80:🔢10000/ instead.

======

It's missing the square brackets! Clicking the link takes me nowhere.
