again found some more of those:

Use of uninitialized value $mode in numeric eq (==) at ./backup-config-lib.pl line 231.
Use of uninitialized value within %in in pattern match (m//) at ./backup-config-lib.pl line 233.

Use of uninitialized value in split at ./acl-lib.pl line 1676.
Use of uninitialized value in string eq at /usr/share/webmin/acl/edit_unix.cgi line 32.
