Shorewall6 module doesn't support ?COMMENT -style comments. Attached patch fixes that (it includes two changes inherited from shorewall module).

Seems that other updates are missing as well, any plan to inherit those?

  I didn't look into details so I'm not sure what is really missing, but I was wondering e.g. the differences in SECTION handling ifs between shorewall-lib.pl and shorewall6-lib.pl.
