#4672 Apache2 - Failed to save Aliases & Redirects

When trying to save a new redirect in Aliases and Redirects for Apache2 server, webmin produces the error: Failed to save Aliases and Redirects : Failed to save Aliases and Redirects : '/nagios3' is not a valid regexp URL redirect destination
Manual setting (RedirectMatch ^/$ /nagios3) in conf file is displayed correctly but can't be saved with Webmin

Does that redirect actually work in Apache? In the past, Apache required that the redirect destination be a full URL, starting with http: , and so Webmin enforces the same rule.

I confirmed that this does work, and will update Webmin to allow it in the next release.
