#4644 Webmin does not support the new authorization directives

Apache module in webmin still uses the old authorization directives order deny, allow instead of using Require.

It should support both actually, depending on your Apache version.

On the main page of the Apache module, which version is it showing up the top?

The version showed is 2.4.10
When I modify authorizations on a directory, for example when I choose forbid access to all, webmin writes in the
config file "deny from all" the apache 2.2 way, instead of writing "Require All Denied", the apache 2.4 way.
