#4615 New Installation of Webmin on Mac OS X produce errors on Software Packages

I had this error popping up on the new Installation of Webmin 1.750.
System: Mavericks V. 10.9.5.
Kernel and CPU Darwin 13.4.0 on x86_64
New Apache Server updated on Ciphers.
Native Perl: 5.16.2

Error - Perl execution failed

OK, I see the bug that causes this - it can happen if the pkgsrc package update system is not installed on MacOS X. I will fix this in the next Webmin release.
