Definitely 1.740 (see attached image) and attached is text file with the output.
This is a brand new install — I’m building a VM to replace my physical (and older) machine that was running Fedora 17.
Webmin was the first thing I installed after I brought it up.
OK this just got even weirder --- just tried it again today and it displays a list of about 10 items instead of complaining that it couldn't find anything. However, clearly there are way more than 10 background daemons running.
(Edit: I just checked using a different browser in case there was something funky with latest firefox but I get the same (incorrect) results with Safari as well.
Nope -- and I'm also finding that it's neither saving configuration changes (although it can read changes that have been made by editing files manually) and it's missing quite a few servers.
Maybe it's a problem at my end, although I created a brand new Fedora 21 install on a VM, nothing fancy going on so unclear how I might have broken anything.
You're welcome to connect at some point if you want to look around.

I'd just like to say that I came across this issue today too. I'd just installed a new CentOS 7 system, fully updated it, and installed the latest Webmin.
Now, with a whole morning gone (!), my work-around has been to wipe my new system, go back to CentOS 7.1.1503 and Webmin 1.720. I already knew this configuration worked, since I have another machine running it.
Hope this helps a little. :)
EDIT: Forgot to add, in the first install webmin was on https, on the second, http. Don't think I did anything different the second time!

If you run the command "systemctl list-units --full --all" on your system, does it output all the available units?
Yes it does....Output attached.
Sorry, I just realized that the command produces different output depending on whether it is being displayed or read by another program (like Webmin).
Can you also post the output from :
systemctl list-units --full --all | cat
Here is the results: systemctl list-units --full --all | cat
Ok, that looks fine. What output do you get if you run the command :
systemctl show -- crond cups
Here are the results: systemctl show -- crond cups
Ok, I think I see the issue here - this will be fixed in the next Webmin release.
That sounds great! Thanks for all of your help.
Uhmm, just installed webmin (through your repo) on a brand new Fedora 21 desktop install. Not fixed yet --- when is the next release?
Assuming you are using Webmin 1.740, this should have been fixed already.
Can you attach the output from "systemctl show -- crond cups" on this new Fedora 21 system?
Definitely 1.740 (see attached image) and attached is text file with the output.

Sigh --- I guess a reply via email loses all attachments! Adding them again manually.
Wow -- only one attachment at a time --- have you guys considered moving from sourceforge to something modern??? Attached is the output

If you reload the page a few times, does it ever display more than 10 items?

I'd be interested to login to your system if that is possible - you can send me details at jcameron@webmin.com
