#4416 Notify of webmin module updates not working

when on Webmin / webmin configuration / upgrade webmin -> (tab) scheduled update

Scheduled updating currently enabled set to yes
Only show which modules would be updated [checked]
valid email entered.

then submit returns

Failed to update modules : You must enter an email address if only showing what would be updated.

Thanks - this is indeed a bug, which will be fixed in the 1.700 Webmin release.
