#4407 Mod Custom Comms: upload file param is always treated as required

Hello.
I am using webmin 1.670 on a debian 7 system.
I cloned custom commands module to create a custom page to launch predefined commands.
I created a command with an upload file parameter marked as Required=No.
However, if I launch the command without choosing any file, webmin complains about:
"Failed to execute command : No file to upload selected"
This is not what I was expecting.
Is this a bug or am I misunderstanding something?

This is a bug - but I'll fix it in the next Webmin release.
