#435 password coruption on UnixWare/OpenUNIX

1) Modify user with encrypted password corrupts the
password. Since the method for unixware uses the
UnixWare usermod command, it re-encrypts the password.

2) Modify will fail for a user that is logged in
because the usermode command is hard coded to include
the home directory even if it has not been changed. It
fails with no notifcation with the system_logged
function.

3) The check for passmode is not included in
user-lib.pl and cannot make a determination as to
setting the password in either create_user or
modify_user. To fix this requires a change in
save_user.cgi

I have made and tested modifications to both
save_user.cgi and user-lib.pl. I am attaching a patch
file called useradmin_UW.patch for your viewing. If it
looks okay, maybe in can be made available to other
UnixWare/OpenUNIX users.
