#420 general settings

when setting up general settings the postfixdeamon
fails to work (on suse 7.3).
configuration by hand is needed to repair the config.
this is since 0.88, maybe it's fixed yet, but I think
not.
I prefer to config these general settings manually
with ssh.

I miss a reject-list for postfix to let me add
spammers to the /etc/postfix/access.
This I do manually now, but it would be fine to add
such a feature!
