Not anything critical, just a 'User Interface'
problem.
When setting the commands in Custom Commands
under 'Module Config' to "Links to commands".
After saving this setting and accesssing the Custom
Commands module, pick a command. The description of
the command will show the html markup if any was set
when the original command was created.
i.e. setting the description of a command to this:

<font color="blue">My command description"</font>

will render correctly on the main custom command page
(i.e. the string will be blue), however on the page
for the command the description includes the markup

p.s. This is just a totally excellent admin tool.
Really good for setting up easy configuration of a
system even for users who do not understand Unix at
all.
