System: Webmin 1.350 on Ubuntu Linux 6.06
Browser: Firefox 2.0.0.4 on Windows XP

When adding a monitor of type Remote HTTP Service, and the site requires a username and password, get an error message from Status monitor of:

"Failed to save monitor : Missing username"

Username and password are entered correctly..

    Probable fix:

    /usr/local/webmin/status/http-monitor.pl line 134

    $in{'user'} || &error{$text('http_euser'})
    should be
    $in{'huser'} || &error{$text('http_euser'})

    Thanks - your fix is correct, and will be included in the next Webmin release.

    While you are in the same file..

    Basic auth fails on some versions of apache/PHP (unknown version of PHP) because of case sensitivity.

    http-monitor.pl line 24

    &write_http_connection($con, "Authorization: basic $auth\r\n");
    should be
    &write_http_connection($con, "Authorization: Basic $auth\r\n");

    Note the case of the word "Basic"..
