#2449 allow to change the order os deamons loads

If the bootup and shutdown modules have the ability to
edit the order of the deamons loads it will be very
isefull .
Ex. in Debian sistems the samba daemons loads with S20
priority, but cups loads with S40, so whem samba loads
it cannot get the print info from cups daemon !
I always change the cups to S20 and samba to S98 to
solve this problem .
It is simple ? possible ?

    This is possible - to edit the order of each action, click
    on the Module Config link and change the 'Allow selection of
    individual runlevels?' option to Yes.
