At the LLL project, we use webmin to administer Unix
servers at schools. The administrator should be able
to:

1. Administer the machine when offsite
2. When onsite, he should be able to restart
services, including Apache.

Thus, we have the need to make webmin accessible
both through an Apache proxy (for accessing it from
offsite) and directly (for restarting Apache).

For offsite access, we configure a webprefix
in /etc/webmin/config.
However, this makes it unusable for direct access,
as in that case the webprefix will be sent back to
miniserv, which confuses miniserv.

The attached patch adds a new strip_prefix config
option for /etc/webmin/miniserv.conf, which allows to
strip out a list of prefixes.

Diff which adds strip_prefix functionality to miniserv.pl
