#2116 Blocking issues on Internet Explorer and Firefox

I installed Webmin 1.210 on Fedora Core 3

Under Internet Explorer, the sign on page displays, but
after entering login/password, the web page just hangs.

Under FireFox, the sign on works, but under
System/Bootup and Shutdown, impossible to save the
updated startup action under Edit Action window, nor
stop a running process. It hangs until a timeout error
shows up.

remarks:
- Same results with 1.170
- Version 1.150 used to work fine on a Fedora Core 2
