#198 changing current user name

When i say "Change this user name to newusername"
webmin changes it successfully, but says, "Access
denied : User root is not allowed to use the Webmin
Users module" (it HAS access, yes). Not a real problem
couse the name was changed :), but... it's not real nice :)

That's odd, because there is code in webmin specifically
to prevent that error from happening. Are you using a
recent release of webmin, like the new version 0.89 ?

I AM useng 0.89 on RedHat 7.2.
Guess the code doesn't work, can i somewhere get set some
high debug value or so that tells what happens?
