#1805 MYSQL Password

The feature for changemysqlpasswd doesn't work. My
thought is that phpmyadmin doesn't allow you to use it
because of the cookie's. Is there any way to develope
different method that allows you to change it like it is
done on change password for usermin? I have tried
many methods and have not be successful.
