#1480 Read mail module - Delete Mail

Delete mail was working before upgrade to Usermin 1.060

Now,

1. Unable to create lock file after 5 minutes error.

Noticed in my /tmp
-------------------------------------
_var_mail_kscott.lock -- containing PID

I've commented out the file locking in the
delete_mail.cgi and reply_mail.cgi to resolve this issue
temporaily. Anyone encountered the same issue?
