SuSE8.2 when installed on new system is using xinetd in place
of inetd when updating old system. Webmin tray to configure
inetd (for Internet Services and Protocols, Samba, Apache)
whot results in servers working OK locally but blocked by
tcpwrapper from outside. Any work round?

Assuming that the xinetd module in webmin detects that
xinetd is installed, webmin will use it in preference to
inetd when setting up any new services in modules like CVS
Server and SSL Tunnel.
However, the Internet Services and Protocols module will
always configure inetd (if installed), while the Extended
Internet Services module will always configure xinetd (if
installed).
