#1258 uninstall should not delete source

The uninstall script deletes the source tree. This can be
dangerous, and is at least annoying because it takes so
long to delete and later to recreate. The uninstall script
should only delete files created by the setup.sh script.

Un-installation is supposed to delete the whole of webmin, just like an rpm
-e of the RPM package. There is not usually a separate 'source' directory,
as webmin runs out of the source directly ..
However, in webmin 1.090 and above you can give a parameter to the initial
setup.sh script to specify a directory into which all the files will be copied,
and from which webmin will be run in future. If you later un-install, only this
directory will be deleted, not the original webmin-1.100 dir.

Yeah, but I installed from source (.tar.gz). You should at least
warn people that the source is going to be blown away in case
they've left any notes for themselves. This is so completely
different behavior from any other source-based package I've
    ever used.
