#1179 Login probs when uid 0 name isn't root

I installed v 1.090-1 on RedHat 9.
That box has modified uid names so I noticed I couldn't
login after the install.
Webmin doesn't check uid 0's name but assumes it's
root, and that's not always the case.
Anyway, changed the name back to 'root' and it works
fine, so I think that's a bug.

Actually, the real cause is that webmin has it's own separate
root account whose password comes from the Unix root user.
Your problem could also have been fixed by
    editing /etc/webmin/miniserv.users
and /etc/webmin/webmin.acl and changing root to the new
    name, then re-starting webmin.
