#1094 "Browse directory" not working correctly...

In the "Upload and Download" area, the "..." (Choose
Directory) is not working correctly for the "Upload Files to
server" section. To duplicate:

- Go to the "Upload and Download" files area.
- In the "Upload files to server" area, select "..." to choose
a directory.
- Select a directory and select "OK".
- Notice, the download directory is updated above in
the "Download files to server" area.
