#26 View Box filters incorrectly when closed

From GnuLedger, open a register view, open the view
box, and then close it.

GnuLedger will filter out records that do not need
filtering.

Fix should be made in either GL_GENERALLEDGER
or GL_MODE -- depending on the exact location of the
error.
