SPM - Web-based Student Projects Manager

This web app is meant to help universities manage student projects.
It is for now meant to suit the requirements at the University of 
South Florida's Information Technology program. 

Development was done as part of several IT Senior Projects implemented
by students from the USF BSIT program.
 
This repository hosts several versions of the same web app. The 
intent is for our students to experience how web technologies have
