#5 Problem with ini-file code for captions

I ran version 1.5.4 and now 1.6.2 this under Windows XP
and I always have a PHP error whenever $messages_ini is
used. I didn't know enough PHP to fix it, so I just
replaced this with hard coded string variables, because
I don't need the multi-language capability anyway. (So
now I can't tell you the error message!)

It's not a big problem, unless I want to update to a
new version, and have to make my changes again.
