#1 Duplicate post detection bug

There is a possible bug in 'duplicate transaction
detection' (reported by TRB) when a user has more than
one browser window open. He attempted to send a
bzmail, and got the error message: "duplicate mail
will not be sent (back button, or refresh detected)"
It appears as if the mail was not sent.
