#18 Plugins GUI

Please add a seperate config file for plugins. It is very painful to add every plugin via Execution->Settings->Plugins->Add Plugin. One more reason, since webharvest.conf needs to be deleted from time to time - see: https://sourceforge.net/projects/web-harvest/forums/forum/694022/topic/4924765
