It seems that there is a bug in the web harvest URL encoding logic. Can you please report a bug to our backlog and provide example configuration reproducing this issue?

I´ve got a problem with the <url> command with the 2.0 version.
If there is a # in the url it is not interpreted and I don't find any solution to send it.
I try post something like http://www.myweb.com/index.php?a=123&b=#tre
