For the life of me I cannot get the harvester to produce output with proper encoding for Hebrew.
The web pages are encoded using windows-1255. I tried many different charsets in the GUI-settings and in the config node including utf-8, windows-1255 and others and it always comes with these unreadable characters.
Any ideas anyone?

I found it.
The actual encoding of the website is windows-1252.
Setting it in the GUI->Execution->settings does not work but setting charset=windows-1252 in config does the trick. Of course I have to view the out file using the same encoding.
