#36 Chracter set problems.

As in v1.0 there was no way to save code with diactiritic characters(ěščřýáíé) in correct way sou program can read them after loading(they saved like ansi(win1250) but program trayed to load them like UTF8 or somehow similiar). In 2,0 this is ok and program save and load in in characterset set-uped in settings. But if i'm loading program in console mode, there is no way to select it and program tryes to load document/code in ANSI(WIN1250). Is there anyway to fix this?
